Ingredients

 

  • 4 large Yukon gold potatoes, about 680 g
  • 2 tbsp olive or vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning blend
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
Preparation
 
  • Scrub potatoes and cut into equal-sized wedges.
  • Toss wedges with oil, Italian seasoning and paprika in a large bowl. Spread evenly in the ActiFry pan.
  • Cook for 30 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender but golden and crisp on the outside. [For Genius models, use Mode 1.]

Variations

 

  • Replace the Italian seasoning with any herb or spice blend you prefer.
  • Replace the Yukon gold with 1 bag (680 g) baby or mini potatoes, cutting in half instead of into wedges.
