Requirements for returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Product must be returned unused and in the original packaging in order to receive a full refund.
How to return a product:
If you created an account, please login to initiate a return. If you checked out as a guest, use the guest feature.
To speed up your refund process, please follow below instructions:
1. You must return the item within 30 days of receipt of the product along with the your original packing label with order ID on the package brown box.
2. Pre-paid shipping label will be issued upon request. Please send us a message to request a pre-paid shipping label for return.
3. We do not credit for postage paid by buyer so we recommend to request a pre-paid shipping label from us to avoid extra shipping cost. Only exception would be defective electric appliance with $10 credit in maximum with provided carrier receipt.
4. After your merchandise has been received, we will issue a credit to your initial form of payment. Please allow up to 10 days for your credit to post.
