  • 8 medium-sized potatoes, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano



Place your cleaned and peeled potatoes on a cutting board and cut into halves. Then continue to slice them into approximately 6-8 even wedges. Place in a mixing bowl and sprinkle on the salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and the oil. Shake well so the seasoning and oil cover all the potatoes. Place potatoes in the Actifry bowl set a timer for 40 minutes, turn on to begin cooking.
