Pot Roast Cider Chicken

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1.5 kg Whole fresh chicken
- 100g Leeks, cut into 1.5 cm chunks
- 85g Cup mushrooms, quartered
- 100g Smoked bacon lardons
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 15g Butter
- 250ml Cider
- 1 tbsp Chopped flat leaf parsley
- 2 tbsp Creme fraiche
PREPARATION

Set cooking pressure high
- Brush oil all over chicken. Brown chicken all over. Remove chicken. Add butter. Brown leeks, mushrooom, bacon and garlic.
- Place chicken on top of vegetables and bacon. Add cider.
- Season juices and thicken with cornflour. STIR IN CREME FRAICHE AND SERVE!
