  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 70 g ketchup
  • 20 g ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tsp garam masala

Place the standard plate in the appliance, place a square of parchment paper in the cooking pot and place the fish fillets on top. Cook in STEAM mode for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, mix all the other ingredients together.

Add the fish to the preparation and cook in AIR FRY mode for 8 minutes.
