Shrimp Noodle One-pan Stir-Fry

Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 200 g Shrimp
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Green Beans
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 pack Instant noodles
- Salt an Pepper
Method
- Sauté the veggies In your Ingenio fry pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the bell peppers, broccoli, and green beans. Cook for 5–7 minutes until tender-crisp. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Cook the shrimp In the same fry pan, add a 1 tbsp of olive oil. Sauté the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Cook the noodles Still using the same fry pan, add the instant noodles and pour in the water. Bring to a simmer and cook the noodles for 3–5 minutes, or until tender and most of the water is absorbed.
- Stir everything together Return the shrimp and veggies to the pan. Toss gently until everything is well combined and heated through. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve & enjoy Serve straight from the pan. Add soy sauce or chili flakes if desired.
