Shrimp Noodle One-pan Stir-Fry

Ingredients and Method

Ingredients

  • 200 g Shrimp
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Green Beans
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 pack Instant noodles
  • Salt an Pepper

Method

  1. Sauté the veggies In your Ingenio fry pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the bell peppers, broccoli, and green beans. Cook for 5–7 minutes until tender-crisp. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Cook the shrimp In the same fry pan, add a 1 tbsp of olive oil. Sauté the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Cook the noodles Still using the same fry pan, add the instant noodles and pour in the water. Bring to a simmer and cook the noodles for 3–5 minutes, or until tender and most of the water is absorbed.
  4. Stir everything together Return the shrimp and veggies to the pan. Toss gently until everything is well combined and heated through. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Serve & enjoy Serve straight from the pan. Add soy sauce or chili flakes if desired.
