Masala-Glazed Salmon
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 70 g ketchup
- 20 g ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 2 tsp garam masala
Method
- Place the standard plate in the appliance, place a square of parchment paper in the cooking pot and place the fish fillets on top. Cook in STEAM mode for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix all the other ingredients together.
- Add the fish to the preparation and cook in AIR FRY mode for 8 minutes.
