- 1 thick slice of artisan seeded bread or sourdough (The toaster's wide slots are perfect for this)
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 large egg (freshness matters for poaching!)
- 1 tbsp cream cheese or goat cheese (optional, for that creamy base layer)
- Handful of pea shoots or microgreens (for freshness)
- Pink peppercorns or red chili flakes (for a pop of color and heat)
- Sea salt and a squeeze of lemon juice
Method
