Before using your pan, remove all packaging and stickers, then wash it in warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
To preserve the non-stick coating, avoid overheating the empty pan and never heat fat or oil until it burns.
Avoid using knives and whisks on the non-stick surface; small marks or abrasions are typical and won't affect how well the coating works.

Never pour cold water into a hot pan to prevent warping, and for best care, hand wash your pan with hot water, dish detergent, and a sponge, avoiding scouring powders and pads.
