In a large bowl, mix the meat with the chopped chives, the sun-dried tomatoes cut into small pieces, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Cut the tomatoes into 3/4 chunks to remove their "tops". Empty and stuff them. Place them in a dish and put their tops back on top.
Place the standard plate in the appliance and place the dish with the tomatoes on top. Cook in AIR FRY mode for 10 minutes.
