  • 3 courgettes
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml double cream
  • 50 g grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp herbes de Provence
  • salt
  • pepper

Rinse the courgettes and cut them into slices about 5 mm thick. Place the standard plate in the appliance. Place the courgettes in the cooking pot and cook in STEAM mode for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the cream, a pinch of salt, pepper, herbes de Provence and half the grated parmesan.

Place the cooked courgettes in a gratin dish, cover with the mixture and sprinkle over the rest of the parmesan. Place the dish in the pan and cook in AIR FRY mode for 20 minutes.
