Ingredients

  • 175g frozen strawberries
  • 75g frozen peach
  • 125g sugar
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 60 ml Pimms

Preparation

1. Insert the Stirring paddle. Add all of the ingredients to the Multicooker. 2. Select the JAM function. Set the time to 1 hour and select the STIR function. Close the lid and select the START key. 3. Once the program has finished, remove from Multicooker and let cool. 4. Serve as desired, with toast, meringue or ice cream. 5. Store in an airtight container.
