1. In a mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, yeast, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. 2. In a separate mixing bowl; combine the eggs and warmed milk. 3. Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. 4. Pour the batter into the Multicooker. Select the BREAD RISING function and set the time for 30 minutes. Close the lid and select the START key. 5. Once the cooking program has finished; remove the batter and place into a piping bag or bowl. If you do not have a piping bag, pour into a bowl. 6. Clean the Multicooker bowl and return back into the machine. 7. Pour vegetable oil into the machine. Select the SAUTE function with food type as VEGETABLE. Set the time to 40 minutes. Leave the lid open and select the START key. 8. Let the oil heat for 10 minutes. 9. Once heated, pipe or dollop about a tablespoon quantity of batter into the hot oil. Work in batches of 4. 10. Cook for 5-6 minutes, or until golden brown. Once cooked, remove the donuts and place onto a paper towel lined tray. 11. Toss immediately into sugar. 12. Repeat until no batter remains.
