Ingredients

  • 300 g of new potatoes
  • 30 ml of extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 g of smoked bacon
  • Salt
  • 60 g of ground sweet paprika

Preparation

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes of about 2 cm. Wash and dry them. Pour in the oil and heat. Add the potatoes and cook until they are perfectly browned. Add the bacon cut into small cubes and cook. Season and sprinkle with sweet paprika.
