1. Insert the stirring paddle into the Multicooker. Add the rice, salt and 2 ½ cups of milk into the bowl. With a spoon stir to ensure the rice is not stuck together. 2. Select the STEW/SLOW COOK function with food type as VEGETABLES. Set the time for 45 minutes, Close the lid and select the START key. 3. Once the cooking program has finished, open the lid. The rice with look very thick with little to no liquid left. Add the remaining milk, sugar, saffron, and vanilla. Stir with a spatula to help break up the rice before continuing to cook. 4. Select the STEW/SLOW COOK function with food type as VEGETABLE. Set the time for 25 minutes, close the lid and select the START key. 5. Once the cooking program has ended, open the lid and remove paddle. Serve warm with a garnish of honey, ground cinnamon and chopped pistachio. Alternatively, portion into small servings and let chill for at least 30 minutes. Garnish before eating.
