1. To begin, peel the onion, carrots, parsnips and the garlic cloves. Cut the onion in quarters and slice the rest of the vegetables. Set aside. 2. In a small bowl combine the minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. 3. Rub mixture all over the roast. 4. Set the Multicooker to SAUTE function with food type as MEAT. Set time for 10 minutes. Keep lid open and select the START key. 5. Add 1 tbsp of oil then sear roast. Rotate to sear roast on all sides. 6. Add the prepared vegetables, a sprig of rosemary, and beef stock. 7. Set the Multicooker to the BAKE function with food type as MEAT. Set time for 50 minutes. Close the lid and select the START key. Open the lid to stir once during the cooking process. 8. Once the cooking program has finished, remove the roast and let rest. 9. Remove the vegetables and place in a serving dish. 10. While the roast is resting, prepare the gravy as per the package instructions. Use the cooking liquid for added flavour.
