Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 small pork loin chops, about 150 g/each
  • 2 cups cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tsp garlic, sliced
  • ¼ tsp thyme, dried
  • 1 tbsp butter, unsalted
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 1 cup 35% cream
  • ¾ cup baby spinach
  • Salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley

Preparation

1. Select SAUTE function with food type as CHICKEN, without STIR. Set time to 15 minutes and add oil. Close the lid. 2. Meanwhile, season each side of the pork chops with a pinch of salt and pepper. 3. After 5 minutes, open the lid and add the pork chops. Close the lid and let the cooking program end. 4. Once finished, open the lid and remove pork chops, allow to rest. 5. Using the remaining oil in the bowl, add in the paddle attachment. Select SAUTE for VEGETABLE function, STIR on, with time set to 15 minutes. 6. Add the sliced mushrooms. Close the lid and select the START key. 7. After 5 minutes, open lid and add garlic and thyme. Close the lid and let cook for 2 minutes. 8. Add butter, flour and heavy cream. Close the lid and let cook for 7 minutes. 9. With 3 minutes remaining, add the spinach and let cook for approximately 1 minute. 10. Add cooked pork chops and let the cooking program finish. 11. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot with egg noodles. Garnish with chopped parsley.
