Grate the parmesan with the yellow cone.
Heat the frying pan over medium heat.
Put a little grated parmesan in the pan to form small rounds.
Cook until you can flip them over. Turn them over and cook for another 30 seconds.
When the parmesan rounds are cooked, place them on a dish and garnish with a little tossed salad.
Variant: Add a hint of curry to bring out the flavour.
