1. Select browning program no. 12, at 160 C for 12 minutes. 2. Let heat for 2 minutes. Then add oil. When oil is hot, add in sliced onions. Cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently. 3. Add garlic, ginger and oyster mushroom. Stir once then let sit to cook for 3 minutes. 4. Add tofu then cook another minute. Then add dried mushrooms, salt, pepper. Cook for remaining time set on the timer. 5. Once cooking program is complete; add in the broth, water and miso. Stir to combine, then close the lid and set the machine to soup program no.15, automatic cooking time. 6. When 5 minutes remain on the timer, add in chopped bok choy. Close lid and let program finnish. 7. Serve hot.
