Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken wings & legs
  • 1 lemon, juice & zest
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tbsp of cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 thai red chilli, thinly sliced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Green onion sliced, garnish
  • Sesame seeds, garnish

Preparation

1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, sugar, cornstarch, sliced thai chili, teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. 2. Insert the stirring paddle and select the SAUTE function with food type as POULTRY. Set time to 25 minutes and then select the STIR function. Add half on the the chicken. Close the lid and select the START key. 3. When the cooking process has ended, remove the wings and keep warm in a serving dish. 4. Insert the stirring paddle back into the Multicooker and select the SAUTE function with food type as POULTRY. Set time to 25 minutes and select the Stir function. Add the remaining chicken. Close the lid and select the START key. 5. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve hot.
