1. In a mixing bowl; combine flour, sugar and baking powder. In a separate mixing bowl; combine, oil, yogurt, eggs, and lemon juice. 2. Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just incorporated. 3. Grease the multicooker with cooking spray; then, line with two strips of parchment paper. 4. Pour in the batter. Select the BAKE function with food type as VEGETABLE. Set the time for 1 hour and deselect the STIR function. Close the lid and press the START key. 5. Once the cooking program has finished, remove the cake with the help of the parchment paper. Place of a cooling rack to allow to cool for 15-20 minutes. 6. Serve with a warm fruit compote and whipped cream.
