1. Combine all ingredients for the sauce into a clean mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined. 2. Place machine on browning program no. 12, at 160 C, for 20 minutes. 3. Let the bowl heat up for 2 minutes. Once hot add 1 tbsp of oil and heat for another 2 minutes. Once oil is hot as ginger, garic and the scallion whites. Cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently. Add another 1 tbsp of oil then add protein. Stir once then let sit in an even layer to brown. Add 2 tbsp of sauce then close lid and cook for about 5 minutes. 4. After 5 minutes open machine and, add mushroom, carrot, red pepper, cabbage. Cook for about 1-3 minutes stirring frequently.
