  • 250g plain Greek yoghurt
  • 200g cucumber, seeded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • null
  • Optional:
  • 1 teaspoon coriander (optional)
  • Or 1 tablespoon chopped dill (optional)
  • Or 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint


Grate the cucumber with the orange cone and soak it in salt water for 30 minutes.

Drain the cucumber well and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

Serve cold.

Variant: Add a hint of curry to bring out the flavour.
