Ingredients

  • 150g russet potatoes, diced
  • 200g cremini mushroom, quartered
  • 100g button mushroom, quartered
  • 160g portobello mushroom, diced
  • 40g morel mushroom, sliced
  • 100g yellow onion, chopped
  • 500ml vegetable broth
  • 1 1/3 cup 10% cream
  • 20g butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Crouton, garnish
  • Sliced morel mushroom, garnish

Preparation

1. Insert the stirring paddle. Select the SAUTE function with food type as VEGETABLE. Set the time to 10 minutes and select the STIR function. Add butter, mushrooms, potatoes, and onions to the Multicooker. Close the lid and select the START key. 2. After the vegetables have been browning for 10 minutes, open the lid and add the vegetable stock. Set the SOUP function with food type as VEGETABLE. Set the time to 30 minutes and select the STIR function. Close the lid and select the START key. 3. When there are 5 minutes remaining in the cooking process, open the lid and add the cream, salt, and pepper. 4. Transfer contents to a blender and puree until smooth and creamy. 5. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot. Garnish with shaved morelle, croutons and thyme.
