1. Insert the stirring paddle. Select the SAUTE function with food type as VEGETABLE. Set the time to 10 minutes and then select the STIR function. Add the butter, diced butternut squash, and onion to the Multicooker. Close the lid and select the START key. 2. At the end of the 10 minute timer, open the lid and add the broth. Select the SOUP function with food type as VEGETABLE. Set the time to 30 minutes and select the STIR function. Close the lid and select the START key. 3. When there are 5 minutes remaining in the cooking process; open the lid and add the cream. 4. Transfer the contents into a blender and puree until smooth. Taste to adjust seasoning. 5. Garnish with crumbled fried sage leaves, toasted pumpkin seeds and diced red apple.
