1. In one bowl combine milk, eggs, flour, melted butter, sugar and baking powder. 2. Pour half of that batter into a separate bowl. Then add the cocoa powder and mix well. 3. Add the vanilla into the first batter without cocoa powder. 4. Grease the Multicooker bowl with cooking spray, and line with two strips of parchment that go up each side of the bowl, in a crossed pattern. 5. Pour ⅓ of the chocolate batter into the bowl, then pour a ⅓ of the vanilla batter on top. Repeat with alternating batter until all the batter is in the bowl. 6. Using a baking spatula or the back of a wooden spoon, swirl the two batters together. 7. Select the DESSERT function. Set time for 45 minutes then set the Temperature to 140 C. 8. Close the lid and select the START key. 9. Once the cooking program has finished, use the parchment strips to help remove the cake. Flip over and place on a cooling rack, flat side down. Let cool completely before icing. 10. To garnish cake; use a serrated knife to cut the cake in half horizontally. Remove the top and add in chocolate icing and fresh raspberries. Place the top back on and top with more chocolate icing, followed by more fresh berries and mint.
