Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 415 g chicken breast, diced
  • 3 c baby spinach
  • ⅔ c sun dried tomato, sliced
  • 3 c bow tie pasta
  • 4 c water
  • 1 ½ c pre-made pesto

Preparation

1. Insert the stirring paddle. Set the multicooker to SAUTE function with food type set as Poultry. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and chicken. Set timer for 15 minutes, then select the STIR function. Close lid and select the START Key. 2. When there are 5 minutes remaining in the cooking process, open lid and add the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Close lid and select the START key. 3. Remove contents and set aside. 4. Wipe the bowl clean and return back into the Multicooker. 5. Add water into the bowl. Select the PASTA function. Close lid and select the START key. The Multicooker will beep once the water has come to a boil. 6. Once the water has boiled, open the lid and add in the pasta. Set timer according to package directions. 7. Once cooked, remove bowl from Multicooker and strain the pasta. Return strained pasta to Multicooker. Add the chicken, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and pesto. Stir to combine. Serve immediately.
