1. Select the PILAF/RISOTTO function. Add rice and fill water to the 2 cup line inside the bowl as per the Multicooker instructions. Close the lid and select the START key. 2. Once the rice has finished cooking, remove the rice from the bowl and spread it out onto a baking sheet. Let stand for minimum 30 minutes (or overnight) to allow for as much moisture to evaporate before continuing. 3. Return the cleaned Multicooker bowl to the machine when ready to cook. 4. Select the SAUTE function with food type as CHICKEN. Set the time to 20 minutes. Add 1 tbsp of oil, close lid and select the START key. 5. Allow 5 minutes for the oil to heat. Then insert the stirring paddle, followed by the cubed chicken. Close the lid. 6. When there is 8 minutes remaining in the cooking process, add the stalks of the green onions and all of the chopped garlic. Close the lid and cook for another 3 minutes. 7. Once the onion and garlic have softened, add the eggs. Close the lid until the program finishes. Once completed, remove the chicken and egg mixture and set aside. Return the bowl to the Multicooker. You do not need to clean the bowl before continuing. 8. Select the SAUTE function with food type as VEGETABLE. Set the time to 12 minutes and add the remaining amount of oil and the stirring paddle. 9. Add the broccoli, red pepper, and carrot. Distribute evenly inside bowl, close the lid and select the START key. 10. When there are 9 minutes remaining in the cooking process, open the lid and add the rice, chicken, eggs and sauce. Close the lid until the program finishes. Serve hot with sliced green onions tops as garnish.
