  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 skinless boneless chicken breast, strips
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic sliced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 cup cilantro, leaves + stems, thinly sliced
  • 1.5 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups carrots, strips
  • 1 cup green onion, sliced
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, strips
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 lime, cut in wedges
  • 50g roasted cashew nuts
  • 1 pack of rice noodles, pre-cooked


1. Insert the Stirring paddle. Select the Crust/Fry function with food type as meat. Set the time to 30 minutes and select the Stir function. Add oil, chicken and black pepper. Close lid and select the Start key. 2. At the end of the cooking program, open the lid and add garlic, ginger, cilantro stems. Select the Crust/Fry function with the food type as Vegetables. Set the timer for 10 minutes. Close the lid and select the Stir function followed by the Start key. 3. After 2 minutes, open the lid and add in all of the vegetables. Close the lid and wait another 2 minutes. Open the lid and add in the soy sauce and fish sauce. Close the lid for the remainder of the cooking program. 4. Once finished, serve hot over cooked rice noodles. 5. Garnish with lime wedges, toasted cashew nuts, fresh cilantro leaves or sprouts
