Ingredients

  • 2 c steel cut oats
  • ½ c chia seeds
  • 1 ⅓ c coconut milk
  • 3 ½ c water
  • ¼ c maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cardamom, ground
  • ½ tsp, ginger, ground
  • ½ tbsp cinnamon, ground
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ c assorted berries, for garnish
  • Chia seed garnish, optional

Preparation

1. Insert the stirring paddle and combine everything into the Multicooker; except for the berries. 2. Select the PORRIDGE function. Set the time to 25 minutes and then select the STIR function. Close the lid and select the START key. 3. Once the program has finished, open lid and serve. 4. Garnish each bowl with fresh assorted berries.
