1. Mash bananas with vanilla and cinnamon until smooth. Stir in oats, coconut, dates and salt until well mixed.
2. Using a greased cookie scoop or rounded tablespoon measure, scoop portions of oat mixture and form into firm balls.
3. Remove paddle. Add balls to ActiFry pan in a single layer, leaving a gap near the handle to add the paddle later. Cook for 6 minutes.
4. Return paddle to pan. Cook for 2 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Serve warm for breakfast or cool to room temperature to pack for lunch.
