1. Insert the STIRRING paddle. Select the SAUTE with the food type as VEGETABLE. Into the machine add vegetable oil, leek, red pepper, chorizo, and olives. Close the lid and set the time for 10 minutes and select the STIR function. Close the lid and select the START key. 2. Once the cooking program has finished, remove the STIR paddle. Add the water to the cooked vegetables. Place the halibut on top of the vegetables. Then place the steamer basket of asparagus into the Multicooker. 3. Select the BAKE function with food type as FISH. Set the timer for 10 minutes. Close the lid and select the START key. 4. Before serving, season asparagus with salt and pepper, to taste.
